REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY PROJECTS
2. 18 Crombie Street – Authorization of the Authority to enter into a Cooperation
Agreement with the City of Salem to acquire ownership of the property at 18
Crombie Street for the purpose of rehabilitation.
3. 18 Crombie Street – Authorization of the Authority to issue a Request for Proposals
(RFP) for the solicitation of developers to undertake the rehabilitation of 18
Crombie Street for affordable housing.
4. Old Salem Jail – Request to the Mayor and to the City Council to enter into a
Cooperation Agreement with the Authority to acquire ownership of the Old Salem
Jail for the purpose of expediting its redevelopment for an active reuse.
