the façade at 209 Essex Street (Newmark Building).

4. 140 Washington Street – Approval of the Design Review Board Recommendation
for the storefront improvements to the property at 140 Washington Street.
5. 10 Federal Street – Approval of the Design Review Board Recommendation for the
Final Design Plans for the redevelopment of the office building at 10 Federal Street.
