2. 18 Crombie Street – Discussion and vote on an extension of the deadline for
construction completion at 18 Crombie Street.
3. Old Town Hall Reuse – Review of proposed timetable for the reuse of Old Town
Hall.
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT REVIEW
4. 17 Central Street (Old Police Station/ Residences at Museum Place) – Discussion
with the developer on outstanding issues remaining for the project.
SMALL PROJECT REVIEW
5. 76 Lafayette Street – Discussion and vote on the proposed development.
SIGN REVIEW
6. 85 Lafayette Street (New Dimensions in Technology) – Discussion and vote on the
DRB recommendation for proposed signage.
7. 157 Washington Street (Passage to India) – Discussion and vote on the DRB
recommendation for proposed signage and lighting.
