DOWNTOWN MARKET PLAN
The Salem Redevelopment Authority (SRA) hired a consultant team to prepare a Downtown
Retail Market Plan in order to strengthen and diversify Downtown’s retail base. The consultant
team will be presenting their findings and soliciting comments on the draft action plan.
Everyone is encouraged to come to the meeting to share their thoughts on improving downtown
Salem.
