When I arrived at the property,the entire front half of the rubber membrane roof was flapping in the wind. The membrane was up against the cupola which prevented further tear off of the roof.. After investigating the attic area and second floor ceiling, I determined that rain water was penetrating the building causing an unsafe Electrical condition. At this point I shut down the Electrical mains and officially removed the Occupancy for the building. To re occupy the building,the roof must be repaired or replaced by a licensed individual. Additionally, the Electricity must be checked out by a licensed Electrician before being turned back on. If you have any questions ,please contact me directly.
