The applicant contacted me on February 28, 2019 via phone. He stated that the new building owner is not sure what he is going to do with the structure and will not sign off on the proposed
façade improvements.
The applicant requested a withdrawal of the application.
The project was reviewed by the DRB on 2/27/19 but has not gone through SRA approval.
