Dear Kate,
Please find below a scope of work for the above referenced project.
Scope of work:
• Removal and replacement of the (57) existing replacement aluminum windows on the 2nd
and 3rd floors as noted on the attached drawings
o Exterior Asbestos abatement at old window caulking by licensed contractor (ERI)
• Remove and replacement of 2 fixed roof skylights
• Make intact & Prime existing ornamental metal trim at the bay and bow windows as noted
on the attached drawings by licensed RRP contractor (ERI)
• Paint existing ornamental metal trim at the bay and bow windows as noted on the attached
drawings
• Remove & replace curved plexiglass windows at front and side of building to match existing
• All work to be done in accordance with plans and specifications designed by Blackstone
Block Architects
Price: $276,600.00

SECTION 01 1100 - SUMMARY OF WORK
1.01 GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK
A. The work under the Contract consists of:
1. The removal and replacement of the existing aluminum windows on the 2nd and 3rd
floors as noted on the drawings.
2. The removal and replacement of 2 fixed roof skylights.
3. Repainting of the existing ornamental metal trim at the bay and bow windows as noted
on the drawings.
B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes:
1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required
for the performance of the Work.
2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside
of the project site.
3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
1.02 WORK UNDER SEPARATE CONTRACTS
1. None.
1.03 TIME OF COMPLETION
In accordance with the General Conditions, the Work shall start as stated in the Notice to
Proceed and shall be complete within 120 consecutive calendar days
1.04 NOTICE TO PROCEED
A. Upon the validation of the Owner Contractor Agreement the Owner shall Issue the Notice to
Proceed for Construction.
B. The Notice to Proceed shall include:
1. The starting date and Construction Completion date for construction.
2. The names of the Owner's contract Officer and Alternate Contract Officer.

C. The Owner shall send three copies of the Notice to Proceed to the Contractor.
