You are hereby notified that a structure on the above referenced property
was demolished on or about December 27, 1989 by the City of Salem at a cost of
Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred dollars ($11 ,800) . In accordance with Massach-
usetts General Laws Chapter 139, Section 3A, a lien has been placed in this
amount on said property.
You are also advised that at the time of demolition two barrels of
hazardous waste was found at the site. This hazardous waste is presently
being held by the City pending word from the owners of the property as to
their intended dispostion. If the City of Salem assumes responsibility for
removal of said waste, the cost of disposal will be added to the amount of
the lien.
We would expect to hear from you no later than fourteen (14) days of
receipt of this communication.

PROJECT: The complete demolition of the wooden framed structure located at
20 Webb Street, Salem, Mass. The project includes:
A. the removal of building to a State approved area
B. the removal of a car and truck
C. the removal and paperwork of 1 fuel tank to an approved site.
D. the removal of all debris from the site such as light iron
and scattered wood.
E. thO removal of all the above ground solid materials such as
brick-bats and clay.
NOTE: If the clay material is hazardous, propoer procedures
will applied in its removal, but are not included
in this quote.
