These are the violations I found that I would want repaired at your property located at
286 Washington Street.
1. I't floor rear door- needs closer
2 2nd floor front door—needs closer
3. Room 14—Ceiling needs repair
4. Room 15 —Hole in wall
5. Room.11 —Ceiling tiles needs changing
6. Hole in first floor common bath wall
7. Cracks in shower room ceiling- I't floor
8. Backstairs 2"d to 3rd floor missing
9. Room 24—Ceiling needs repair
10. Room 37—Very unsanitary, horrible smell.
11. Just in general all overhead lights seem a little dull

made.
