I received a call from a concerned citizen concerning a piece of metal facia and soffitt hanging at roof level in rear of property located at 270 Washington Street . I have made an inspection and have concluded that the work must be done immediately to fasten loose metal. This could cause serious injury to by passers if it should fall.
