The citations specifically mentioned the sidewalk at the corner of Washington and Federal. It is at this location that contractors plowing snow for the City deposited vast amounts of snow. The Church promptly cleared all of the sidewalks adjacent to this property, however, it took two employees of the Church several days to completely remove the snow and ice accumulated at that corner. As we discussed, based on the good faith efforts of the Church to comply with the City's ordinance on snow removal, I would appreciate it if you would dismiss the District Court Action No. 1336AC000141 which is scheduled to be heard on Friday, March 15`h. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.
