I have received your complaint regarding the canteen truck next door. At this time ,I feel that the
noise complaint can be better handled under the Sanitary Code, which is handled by the Health
Department.Mr. Larry Ramdin is the new Health director and I have forwarded him your
correspondence.

R.E Noise Complaint
Dear Ms.Winston,
Sorry for the delay responding to your letter. I have asked the Health department to request a
sound meter from the State Board of Health. As soon as the equipment is here(sometimes takes
a while depending on the number of requests) we will test the noise levels at your property. The
reason we are getting the sound meter is that none of us that visited your home , could hear the
noise from the inside of your home. This will give us some real numbers to work with.I will
copy this letter to both Joan Lovely and Mike Sosnowski.
