Dear Manager :
This office has received a complaint through the
Neighborhood Improvement Task Force of an illegal
apartment existing at the above mentioned location. I
conducted an inspection on October 22 , 1996 , but could not
gain access to basement to confirm or deny the
allegations .
Please contact my office so an appointment can be set
up to inspect said basement . Failure to do so within
fifteen ( 15 ) days will result in legal action being taken
against you.

Thank you very much for your response to the letter
dated on October 23 , 1996 regarding the above mentioned
property. An inspection was conducted on October 26 , 1996
and found no illegal apartment in basement per the
complaint of October 11 , 1996 .
This office will notify all the appropriate
departments and the Ward Councillor that this situation
has been brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
