General maintenance of exterior siding. (repair and paint) 2. Replacement of roof shingles at garage roof. (Shingles are blowing off of roof into neighbors yards) . Section 104 of the Massachusetts State Building Code requires. (All buildings and structures and old parts, thereof, both existing and new, shall be maintained in a safe and sanitary condition) . Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter as to what course of action you will take to rectify these violations.
