Dear Mr. Burnham:
Due to a complaint received through the Neighborhood Improvement
Committee hot line, I conducted an inspection of the above mentioned property
and found the following violations:
1. General maintenance of exterior siding. (repair and paint)
2. Replacement of roof shingles at garage roof. (Shingles are blowing off of
roof into neighbors yards) .
Section 104 of the Massachusetts State Building Code requires. (All
buildings and structures and old parts, thereof, both existing and new, shall
be maintained in a safe and sanitary condition) .
Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of
this letter as to what course of action you will take to rectify these
violations. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken against
you.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
