Dear Mr. LaBonte,
In reference to our phone conversation on March 22, 1988, the
plans are showing a few descrepencies that must be addressed.
1 . Floor joists are inadequated for second floor bedroom, minimum
requirements are 2 X8' spanning, 13' sleeping area and attics.
2. In each bedroom one window must open to a clear width of 20"X24".
3. Minimum habitable ceiling height is 7'3".
Please make sure proper inspections are made.
