well as miscellaneous construction debris. This Department contacted you last July with
no result.
Per City Ordinance 12-56 you are being sited for unsightly conditions.
I have enclosed a copy of this City Ordinance which includes your right of appeal.
Failure to respond and or comply will result in further action by this Department.
On a separate matter, this Department has no record of a Certificate of Occupancy being
issued for your home. Building permit#258-97 is still open. You are directed to contact
this office within 10 days upon receipt of this notice to discuss this matter.
