At concrete they shall be expansion bolts extending into the concrete at least 2" and on the wood side they shall be through bolts with nut, washer and lock washer except where they hit joists in which case use 2;" x ;" wood screw. Use hardened aluminum or stainless steel screws and bolts. The plates shall be flush with resilient floor- ing and any differences in flooring elevation shall be taken care of by cutting the concrete or building it up with levelastic and tapering it back a distance to conceal the difference. 18.
