Dear Mr. Munroe :
This letter is in reference to the letter of September 9 ,
1987 from Stephen Dibble to you concerning the effect of the *
zoning ordinance on four ( 4 ) parcels of municipally-owned real
estate . I have done a preliminary examination of the title,
and without going into detail , it appears that all four ( 4 )
lots are buildable as falling with the exception to area and
frontage afforded by GLc40A §6 .
