I*.Strout, Recently my bulkier went to your department in order to obtain a building permit far a single family hone to be located at=Victory Road At that time he was left n ad that due to the fact that this lot is primarily located on the unimproved section of this road, a road extension would be required. W purchase and sales agreement with the current owner/developer of this lot dearly states that I would not be required to do any road Improvements or extensions and therefor I haws withdrawn ficin this purchase. The current owner refuses to release any deposits In escrow as he does not believe me that an extension is required. I have spoken to your ofQce and to the Engineering Department and both have Informed me that not only does the road need an extension but other road Improvements such as Installing a fire hydrant and attending the City's water and sewer malne would be required. Could you please verify that an extension is Indeed needed so that I may obtain a refund of my$8,200.00 deposit. Also the current ov amddeveloper states that he had pulled a permit with no such restrictions and therefore doe not believe me I world appreciate your assistance as this Is a tremendous amount of money to me and I cwvlot afford to lose It nor can loft to bund a cape on this lot with the cost of road improvements. Thank you so much. I can be reached @(617)5047970 if you have any questions and your letter can be mailed to me at the above address. ,.... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
