This letter represents a request from The DiBiase Corp . for
an
the extension of building permits for Marshall Dr. andrVderggrrift
of the Pickman Park Condominium Project in Salem.--
Since
alem--Since permits were initially issued, substantial earth work,
site preparation, road and driveway work has been undertaken
for these remaining streets of our project .
Our goal is to start construction of the buildings within these
streets sometime in the summer of 1990.

RE: Extention on permits
Dear Mr. DiBiase:
This is to notify you that your request for extensions on permits
for the buildings at Marshall Drive, and Vandergrift Drive are granted for a
period of ninety (90) days. This will be for the period of November 8, 1989,
until February 8, 1990.
According to Massachusetts State Building Code, Section 113.9, we can only
issue ninety (90) day extensions. You will have to reapply every 90 days.
