fence will be erected shortly.
2 : I am not 'a commercial lobsterman and do not conduct
any business operations from my home.
The lobster traps are my personal property and are
completely cleaned before being placed on. my
property for storage.

Dear Mr. 6 Mrs. Kenney:
Complaints have been received by this department relative to conditions at
the rear yard of your property.
An on site inspection noted numerous lobster traps piled along a chain link
fence. Also, there was no fence blocking entrance to the yard containing an
above ground pool on the right side of your property. There is fencing along
the left side of your property. The yard contained other miscellaneous items
and debris.
The lobster traps can create potential rodent activity for the area, as well
as creating an odor nuisance.
Please be advised that the storage of these traps is constituting violation of
State Sanitary Code, Chapter II, 105 CMR 410.000 and Mass. Gen. Laws, Chapterlll
Section 122 .(nuisance) .
You are here by ordered to take immediate corrective measures to clean and.
maintain the area and abate the nuisance condition.

ase contact the Building Inspector's office at your earliest convenience`h reference to possible zoning violation in this residential area, and
ain further information from them regarding safety measures (fencingative to above-ground pools.
Failure on your part to comply within the specified time will result in a
complaint being sought against you in Salem District Court.
Should you be aggrieved by this Order, you have the right to request a hearing
before the Board of Health. A request for said hearing must be received in
writing in the office of the Board of Health within seven (7) days of receipt
of this order.

At said hearing, you will be given an opportunity to be heard and to present
witness and documentary evidence as to why this order should be modified or
withdrawn. You may be represented by an attorney. Please also be informed
that you have the right to inspect and obtain copies of all relevant inspection
or investigation reports, orders and other documentary information in the
possession of this Board, and that any adverse party has the right to be
present at the hearing.
