Dear Owner,
As a result of a complaint, I inspected the exterior of your property. The side stair does not come close to
complying with the State Building Code, and the rear porches need a further inspection to identify the extent of
work needed to make them safe. Due to the fact that we do not have a certificate of inspection (110) on this
property ,an inspection is required. We have scheduled an Inspection for Tuesday Feb I Ith at ten A.M. All areas
of the building will need to be available. Please contact us to confirm this appointment.
