Please consider this notice of violation as required by 780 CMR 118.2.This condition must be abated within 10 days of receipt of this notice under penalties described in 780 CMR 18. You have the right to appeal this order to the State Board of Building Regulations at One Ashburton Place, Boston, Ma.
