I represent Mrs. Helen Welch, above-captioned, relative to the
installation of a roof at her premises which was done by George
Zolotas & Brothers, of Peabody.
Mrs. Welch complained to your office regarding the condition in
which George Zolotas & Brothers left the roof and that company' s
failure to respond to her complaints that the roof boards had been
damaged by George Zolotas & Brothers and that the roof still leaked.
Would you be kind enough to forward a copy of your written report
as I understand that you investigated the matter and confirmed the
substance of Mrs. Welch' s complaints.
