Dear Mr. Picanco:
This office is in receipt of a complaint which alleges you have
converted an existing two family dwelling into a three family dwelling at
the above referenced property. Our records show no permits allowing said
conversion and you must cease this use immediately. This property is
located in a Residential Two Family District (R-2) and in order to convert
to a three family it would require action of the City of Salem Zoning Board
of Appeal.
You are hereby requested to contact this office within five (5) days
of receipt of this notice to either make application to the Board of Appeal
or to inform me, in writing, that you have stopped the illegal use of the
premises.
