After reviewing the information referencing 81
Tremont Street, the Building Department has determined
that the property is in a R-2 zone but is currently
divided into two separate condo units . It is possible to
convert the property back to a two family structure after
you apply to the Zoning Board of Appeals for approval to
convert the structure and comply with all requirements for
separation under the Massachusetts State Building Code.
