An inspection was made on the porches at 74 Tremont Street and
said porches were found to be unsafe per Article 780 CMR, Section
123.0. Demolishing or structual repairs which ever you choose, will
have to be done immediatly. Please contact this office upon receipt
of this letter to inform us of your course of action.
Do not allow anyone to use these unsafe porches. Thank you for
your anticipated cooperation.

property an inspection was conducted and the following violations have been
noted:
1 . Unregistered vehicles.
2. Illegal storage of propane tanks.
3. Illegal storage of building materials.
4. Illegal storage of construction equipment.
5. Lean-to attached to garage not properly constructed, must
be removed.
