I further certify that I, or my designated representative, have performed the necessary professional services and was present on the construction site on a regular and periodic basis to determine that the work was proceeding in accordance with the documents approved for the building permit and was responsible for the following as specified: 1. Review, for conformance to the design concept, shop drawings, samples and other submittals, which are submitted by the contractor in accordance with the requirements of the construction documents. 2. Review and approval of the quality control procedures for all code-required controlled materials and Life Safety requirements. 3.
