I have been on the site frequently since last February, several time a week in some instances. The work has always been performed professionally (sometimes out of sequence due to weather) and the building is progressing in accordance with the documents and in full compliance with the building codes. We have had some recent comments from Tom Devine and the Conservation Commission but we are paying attention to those issues and we hope to resolve them at the next Commission meeting. I would like to walk the building with you next week if you're available and I'll call you Monday to see when you might be available. o iLullo rn T C7 a o rm i zM J r—< rno q' < N n rn .viweu fxrvivyron,LmMeM Dsgnq g64mWPmce&Mops 16 Crystal Street, Melrose, MA 02176 781-662-3498 (fax)781-662-8389 FieldRgmd To: Tom St.Pierre CC: Peter Varone From: Dan DiLullo Date: February 15 2011 Re: US Biological Work in process for this report: + Visit site to review beginning of site clearing and excavation • Installation of hay bales The work being performed appears to be in compliance with the contract documents and in accordance with the Code requirements. 10 o M Dan DiLullo —i7o 0 gM J D— r— rn N c7 N rn ndiyndg4lcaiW mam exoy... 16 Crystal Street, Melrose, MA 02176 781-662-3498 (fax)781-662-83B9 fleldRepod To: Tom St.Pierre CC: Peter Varone From: Dan DiLullo Date: March 15 2011 Re: US Biological We have been at the site once since our last report on February 15th Work in process for this report: • Site clearing complete • Rock removal in area of foundations—excavation for perimeter foundations The work being performed appears to be in compliance with the contract documents and in accordance with the Code requirements.
