For this reason an inspection must be conducted by our inspection team to assure compliance with the code and city ordinance. Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter, to inform us as to what course of action you will take to rectify these violations. The stockade fence surrounding the property is in serious disrepair. State Building code 780 CMR, Section 103.1,requires the owner of a building to maintain all structures in good working order. Please contact this office within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter to discuss this matter. Also, there are four(4) unregistered vehicles currently on the property.
