RE:31 Symonds Street
Dear Mr. Vallis:
In response to neighborhood complaints, I inspected the exterior of your property located
at 31 Symonds Street.
The stockade fence surrounding the property is in serious disrepair. State Building code
780 CMR, Section 103.1,requires the owner of a building to maintain all structures in
good working order.
Please contact this office within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter to discuss this
matter.
Also, there are four(4) unregistered vehicles currently on the property. This issue is
usually handled by the Fire Department, but hopefully can be handled informally.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,
Thomas St. Pierre
