I inspected the garage last week and found it to be in serious disrepair. Under the authority of State Building Code 780 CMR, Section 121, I am declaring the building an unsafe structure per these regulations. You have 24 hours from the time you receive this notice to begin removing this building or making it safe or to begin repairs.
