The City has received complaints regarding the condition of the above-referenced property and is
seeking to schedule a required inspection of the property pursuant to'the authority provided to it
pursuant to the Massachusetts Building Code,(780 CMR 104.4).
Please contact the Building Department at your earliest convenience to schedule an inspection. Failure
to arrange for an inspection by March 4, 2016 will result in Municipal Code tickets and further
enforcement actions being taken by our Inspectional Services staff.

Codes and/or City Ordinances:
780 CMR, State Building Code, Chapter 1, Section 103, requires that a land
owner maintains their property and all systems that are there installed.
Code of City Ordinances, Section 12—56 requires a landowner to remove
unsightly conditions.
The current state of the above named property is overgrown, untended, and
unsightly; work needs to begin immediately to rectify this situation so as to avoid
further action by the city, including but not limited to fines and/or action at District
Court.
Said violations must begin to be corrected, repaired, and/or brought into
compliance within 7 days of your receipt of this notice. Failure to do so may result in
further actions being brought against you, up to and including the filing of complaints at
District Court.
