Enclosed is a citation for a zoning violation($50). Be advised that the fines increase each day to$150 and then $300 per day of violation . If you feel; you are aggrieved by my zoning interpretation,your Appeal is to the Salem Zoning Board of Appeals . Additionally,please let us know when construction of your office building will commence. This issue is also a Zoning issue and is over a year old . The third item is your truck traffic tracking debris onto Swampscott Road. We discussed this issue last year and to date there has been no resolution of this problem,.
