Gray, Sr., Donald Eames, Arthur LaBrecque, William Abbott andJane Lundregan. Notices were duly mailed to abutters and others in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 808. Mr. Ward, the petitioner, appeared in favor. There was no opposition. The Board voted unanimously to grant the petition of said John M. Ward, The Board felt that it could grant said petition without substantial detriment to the surrounding neighborhood, and .without in any way derogating from the intent of the Salem Zoning Ordinance.
