Please be advised that the former St. Theresa's chapel, formerly having a legal street address
of 26 Summit Avenue (Parcel n33-0438), has had its legal address changed to 275 Lafayette
Street. Modifications are being made to the building so that the main entrance will front the
parking lot which opens onto Lafayette Street.
