A stair ballister in front of room 41 is missing. 2. Back door, near room 9, exit sign at the top of doors—slide bolt locking both doors must be removed. The reason being, one of the doors must be able to be used as an emergency exit and can not be bolted shut. 3. Railing on second floor—near room 9, needs to be tightened up. 4. Rooms 16 and 17 and rooms 12 and 13 emergency exit signs in all 4 rooms where doors leads to spiral stairway. 5. Railing on cellar stairs needs to be tightened.
