Records on file in this office intricate that both of the
above referenced propertis are two family dwelling and have been
for the past twenty (20) years or more.
Zoning at 11 South St. was for two families prior to the 1965
Zoning Ordinance. Zoning at 40 Beaver St. has been for two families
since before 1955 and continues as R-2.
The use as two family dwellings on both properties may be
continued under the present Zoning Ordinance.
