Recommendation At its meeting on August 26, 2015 the DRB voted unanimously to recommend approval of all proposed signage at 140 Washington Street (Aurora), conditional upon the following: 1.) Capital letters on building signs shall be reduced to 16" in height, and lower case letters shall be reduced to 12" in height. 2.) All building signage shall be the same dimensions. 3.) The window decal shall be the same font as the building signage. Proposal The applicant requests to install the following signage: • Three building signs made of PVC painted letters that will be pinned to the wall (One above the main restaurant entrance that will be 24" x 100" and two additional along the Barton Square elevation that will be 19" x 78" each. • There will be a white vinyl window sign centered on the restaurant's front window.
