The proposal is for a 2' x 8' aluminum sign. The sign will be lit with gooseneck
fixtures.
Staff Comment
The signage complies with City and SRA guidelines. Information on the
gooseneck fixtures will be provided at the DRB meeting.

Proposal for July 27 DRB Meeting
The submission includes photos showing the sign proposal.
The original proposal consisted of two building signs—one over the door and the
other at the end of the multi-tenant building. The sign over the door is proposed
to be a 32" x 8' translucent vinyl lexel. The total area is 21.33 sf and
exceeds the maximum sign area of 16.0 s The second sign cannot be
permitted, and the applicant has re it from the proposal.
Staff Comment
Staff has informed the applicant that the proposed sign exceeds the permitted
maximum by 5.33 sf. The applicant is working to redesign the sign to comply with
the sign area and current lighting guidelines. The applicant hopes to present a
revised proposal at the DRB meeting but may need to wait until the August
meeting.
