Signage
The window decal will be made of vinyl with just the lettering and the oval "swooshes" in white
and printed in the "S..,...XeT" font found in Apple's Pages program.
The lettering will differentiate in size slightly for esthetics.
For the side window decal, the "B" will be approximately 12.03" in height and 8.53" in width at
the base, the "1" will be about 4.42" x 2.21"' and the "8" around 10.31" x 7.85". It will be
centered in the window.
For the front two window decals, the "B" will be approximately 10.51" in height and 7.73" in
width at the base, the "1" will be about 3.87" x 1.93" and the "8" around 9.02" x 6.87". It will be
centered horizontally at the top of the window.
They will be attached as a sticker to the outside of the window. This "sticker" is very easily
removable with little effort and little to no residue. The decals in the front of the building would
be lit by the existing goosenecks. The front side window would be lit only by the existing street
lamps.
We are a corner unit of the building and thus, our frontage is two sided.Along the main street of
Washington Street we have 487.75 feet of frontage along with 965.25 feet on the park side.
