Three fronting Essex Street and three fronting Washington Street. The signage will locate on the awning flap and will be in white lettering. The signage fronting Washington St is 116"x 50" (40 sq ft) and the three signs on Essex St are 149" x18" (18 sq ft each, 54 sq ft total). PROPOSAL: The proposal includes the installation of five awnings. Three of the awnings will be facing Lappin Park and will replace the existing Phoenix School awnings. They will be made of burgundy fabric and be 292"in length and 54"in height. The owner is also proposing three awnings along Washington Street, made of the same material. The two on either side of the door will measure 103"in length and 54"in height and the one over the door will measure 180" in length and 54" in height.
