I am hoping this will help cross promote my two down town locations.The remaining center section will be a black chalkboard I will use to write specials promotions. I would like to locate the sign diagonally out front of my door as noted in the attached drawing.This would meet the minimum 5' clearance and is within 10' of the entrance. My business has its own entrance. Other businesses in the building use different entrances. Staff Comment The applicant has revised the proposal to conform to the DRB's condition. Proposal to DRB The submission includes two photoshopped images of the storefront with the proposed signage. The proposal consists of one blade sign and window decals. The blade sign is 30" x 36" and would hang from the existing sign bracket. The colors on the sign are as follows: The teal is PR16H and is the exact color that is printed on the sign. The red is a combination of Cyan-0/Magenta-100/Yellow-100/Black-0; there isn't a pantone color assigned to this as they use a four-step process to achieve it. The window decals are white and use papryus font. The letter height on the first line is 4.5 inches, and the letter height on the other lines is 3 inches.
