Any modifications to the fagade must be approved by the Landlord and plans need to be submitted before any renovation can begin. Please note, however, that my checking "Approved" is only for conformance with the sign concept of the project and compliance with the information given in the lease specifications. It is not intended, in any way to relieve either the tenant or tenant's agent of their responsibility for coordination and compliance with all requirements of construction processing necessary to properly execute work and acquire approvals from all legal authorities having jurisdiction over this project.
