It is not intended, in any way to relieve either the tenant or tenant's agent of their responsibility for coordination and compliance with all requirements of construction processing necessary to properly execute work and acquire approvals from all legal authorities having jurisdiction over this project. Please be advised that the sign must have a UL listing in order to be installed in the mall, the use of a raceway is prohibited, and Tenant is responsible for repairing the fagade before installing new signage, if necessary.
