Lnclosed please find a copy of your Sign Drawings for Blockbuster, located at Highlander Plaza, which I have
"Approved..,
Please note, however, that my checking "Approved" is only for conformance with the sign concept of the
project and compliance with the information given in the lease- specifications. It is not intended, in any way to
relieve either the tenant or tenant's agent of their responsibility for coordination and compliance with all
requirements of construction processing necessary to properly execute work and acquire approvals from all
legal authorities having jurisdiction over this project.
Please be advised that the sign must have a UL listing in order to be installed in the mall, the use of a raceway is
prohibited, and Tenant is responsible for repairing the facade before installing new signage, if necessary. Please
contact David McKee at 717452-4900 to scherluk:installation of the sign.
Also, regarding the free standing torn ticket sign, please submit sign drawings to Landlord showing how the sign
will be split for use by two tenants.
