DECISION:
At their meeting on August 10,2005, the Salem Redevelopment Authority voted to
approve the DRB recommendation as submitted.
RECOMMENDATION:
At their meeting on July 27, 2005, the Design Review Board recommended approval
of the proposed signage as revised.
PROPOSAL:
The proposal includes the installation of a 14" x 221" wall sign facing Derby Street.
The sign will have titanium brass letters mounted on matte black aluminum. The
method of attachment will be stud mounted to the building.
