I have also enclosed the SRA decision regarding your sign proposal for your files. In preparation for the review of your sign proposal, I visited 285 Derby Street and noticed that you currently have a faux stone wall located in the storefront windows. As you discussed with Tania Hartford in August, the SRA decision on the 285 Derby Street facade alterations proposed by Tim Clarke states that these windows must remain transparent. I have attached a copy of this SRA decision for your reference. Please keep this decision in mind as the SRA approved alterations to 285 Derby Street facade are completed. DRB RECOMMENDATION: At their Special Meeting on September 5, 2007 the DRB voted to recommend approval of the proposed Count Orlok's Nightmare Galley signs as submitted. PROPOSAL: The proposal includes two identical building signs located in the existing sign band and illuminated with existing lighting fixtures. The proposed sign consists of a black painted wood backing, three-dimensional sign foam letters and a three dimensional green drip hanging below the bottom of the sign.
