Please allow this to serve as my acknowledgment that the
signs/awning of my business have been installed without the
necessary permits of the building inspector ' s office and the
Salem Redevelopment Authority Desiqn Review Board.
It is my intention to secure the necessary permits for my
existing siqns/awning or amend my signage as directed by the SRA
to this end.
I am requesting that I not be prevented from opening my
restaurant on September 4th as a result of my failure to secure
the sign permits. In that it would be impossible for me to have
the sign permits prior to September 4th, I respectfully request
this requirement be waived until such time as this matter can be
resolved.
