On May 14 , 1998 , an inspection of your property
located at 2-4 Smith Street was conducted and the
following violations were found ;
1 . Front door sills are rotted, creating a hazard of
falling .
2 . Rear porch appears to be an unsafe structure and needs
to be repaired or replaced .
Please notify this department within fifteen ( 15 )
days upon receipt of this letter, to inform us as to what
course of action you will take to rectify these
violations . Failure to do so will result in legal being
taken against you .

receipt of this letter to advise us of your intentions. Failure to comply
