I am submitting the enclosed application with regard to a hanging sign and three windows signs that
were installed last month. Unfortunately,there was a misunderstanding on our part and we were under
the impression that a permit we received 2 years ago for signage in the same building but in a different
unit would cover us for this area as well.

At their meeting on June 10, 2009, the SRA voted to approve the May 27, 2009
DRB recommendation for the proposed entry signage at 10 Derby Square.
DRB Recommendation
At their meeting on May 27, 2009, the DRB voted to recommend approval of the
proposed signage at 10 Derby Square as submitted.
Proposal
The business installed signage that had been approved in December 2006 for its
former location (adjacent to the current location). The business also installed a
blade sign. The business is now going through the review and approval process
to come into compliance. The proposal includes three window decals and a blade
sign. The sign area complies with City and SRA guidelines.
